Our client, a nationwide law firm, is in search of a Legal Secretary to support two of it's top-producing partners.? The Legal Secretary will manage all aspects of the attorney's agenda.
Primary responsibilities include document preparation and review, time entry as well as calendar and deadline management.
Required:
5+ years of progressive and proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
Ability to manage multiple projects and calendars in a fast-paced environment.
All applicants must be technically savvy and able to transition easily to new software systems.
All applicants MUST possess very highly developed organization skills as well as be detail-oriented.
