Description: Tyson Foods is currently seeking to employ Workers' Compensation Claims Clerk III right now, this position will be reside in Alabama. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including answering a multiple line telephone, handling routine inquiries or requests, directing calls or taking messages. Position will also involve communication, coordination and interaction with varied Tyson facilities, attorneys, doctors and other medical providers on issues relating to workers' compensation.
Other responsibilities include insuring all information regarding each case is filed correctly in the claimant's file, mail distribution, typing and entering data.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma, vocational school or equivalent with knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office equipment and business practices.
Experience: 1+ year preferred.
Communication Skills: Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills.
Special Skills: Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
