In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed: Perform Compliance reviews and company audits, review laws and regulations, suggest policy changes, develop and implement forms, meet with attorneys, complete summary reports and follow up on corrective actions. Updating Management on changes, corrections, reports and coordinating meetings. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience: Working in the financial field, direct compliance knowledge, strong computer skills, pass C! redit and Criminal Checks, and strong communication skills.
