Description: Search Solution Group is hiring Corporate Attorney right now, this position will be designated in Alabama. Staff Attorney who supports General Counsel and Legal Coordinator in handling all Corp legal matters. Coordinates with Paralegal and Legal Secretary to accomplish departmental objectives.
: Advises company on employment law issues, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and HIPPA.
: Advises company on labor relations issues.
: Advises company on construction-related issues.
: Negotiates, drafts, and reviews a wide variety of contracts and company policies.
: Conducts internal training on sexual harassment and other employment-related topics.
: Researches legal issues.
: Drafts memoranda to General Counsel, Legal coordinator, executives, or Team Members in response to Requests for Legal Services.
: Independently handles a variety of litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters for the company.
: Performs all other duties as assigned by the General Counsel and Legal Coordinator.
: Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) requirements.
: Meet all other assignments as required.
: Juris D! octor Degree from an ABA-accredited Law School required
