Further informations about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. Corporate Counsel II The candidate will provide legal representation and advice. Will provide legal advice on product and service design and implementati! on with an emphasis on consumer deposit products and services. Manage one or more attorneys. Research and analyze legal issues and render legal opinions. Identify legal and other risk issues and advise client on same. Provide legal support to Compliance area on regulatory compliance matters. Maintain current knowledge of, and prepare analyses and responses to, legislative, regulatory and industry developments in relevant areas. Perform related duties as assigned.
The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent from accredited law school. Should have 4+ years of legal experience (3 years for Counsel II) in the area of consumer regulatory matters. Experience in consumer deposit products and services required. Experience with payment systems and online and electronic banking a plus. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are needed.
