More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Protective Life Corporation is looking for a senior attorney in its Birmingham, Alabama corporate headquarters. The Attorney will work with executives and other attorneys on a variety of m! atters includin g investments, acquisitions, securitizations, financing and general transactional work.
Experience:
JD and must be a licensed Attorney
At least 12 years of private law practice experience , including experience with investments and financial transactions
Experience in heavily regulated industries preferred
Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with attention to detail, organization and prioritization of tasks
Well-developed research and analytical abilities required
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic credentials required
Should be able to work independently, accurately and dependably and have the ability to manage others in the legal department
