Harrow Shanghai is looking to appoint a highly-skilled Early Years Lead Teacher, specifically to lead our Nursery and Pre-Nursery teams, from August 2023. He/She will have responsibility for the staff and for the wonderful environment of our fabulous Early Years centre, which is where you will find all of our Nursery, Pre-Nursery and Cubs classes.
This exciting opportunity within one of the world's most energetic, cosmopolitan and diverse 21st century cities, is very well suited to strong Early Years teachers, both in the UK and overseas. It would suit both those ready to take their first step into leadership, and those with experience of leadership in other Early Years settings. As Early Years Lead Teacher, you will be part of our Lower School leadership team, led by our Head of Lower School, working alongside our Reception Lead Teacher and our Assistant Heads of Pre-Prep.
Harrow Shanghai was officially opened by HRH Prince Edward in September 2016 and its roll is growing annually throughout all phases: Early Years, Pre-Prep, Prep and Senior Schools. The pupils, who are simply a delight to teach, follow the English National Curriculum and go on to study IGCSEs and A Levels. Upper Sixth leavers progress onto many of the most competitive universities across the globe, including Oxbridge.
