Our Customer Service Representativeâs purpose is to assist providers, patients, attorneys, billing services, adjusters, and patientâs family members with excellent customer service by providing explanations regarding all processing and claims/reimbursement procedures.

With our exceptional customer service team our clients can depend on AIS to review, handle and provide accurate explanations regarding medical related decisions. Our Customer ! Service Representatives are the primary point of contact for p! roviders, patients, attorneys, billing services, adjusters, and become the face of Auto Injury Solutions.
Auto Injury Solutions is not a telemarketing company and we provide on the job training for our specific client needs.
Position/Skill Requirements:
Exceptional conversational and problem solving skills.
Medical Knowledge of Explanations of Review/Reimbursement/Benefits, CPT codes, ICD 9 codes, Fee Schedules, PPOs and PHAD reviews. - (Strongly Preferred, but not required)
Must be able to multi-task with our Inbound Call Center Database and our Medical Bill Review System.
Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Lotus Notes and Windows.
Flexibility to work within the hours of 7 am-7 pm Monday thru Friday.
Attend assigned Saturday training sessions for further career advancement.
Interface with providers, patients, attorneys, billing services, adjusters, and patientâs family members while maintaini! ng a professional attitude.
Ability to defuse an irate caller through the use of our 10 customer service tools.
Handle 50+ calls in an eight hour shift within 90 days of hire date.
Excellent oral, written and grammar skills are required.

Your Qualifications
HS diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must pass a chemical drug and background check
Availability for weekend training and holiday shifts.
Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required for all positions.
Good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Youâll need to prove that you are reliableâ"weâll be counting on you!
Understanding of basic Medical terminology is strongly preferred, but not required.
Inbound Call Center experience preferred. No telemarketing.
Customer Service Experience! preferred.
Ability to communicate to supervisors and other co! lleagues in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment with the willingness to learn new skills and develop greater knowledge.
Type 55-65 WPM/98% accuracy.
Ability to meet required production goals within 90 days.
Spanish bilingual strongly preferred, but not required.
