Please review the following job description:

Coordinate commercial mortgage loan closing and post closing activities for whole loan (life company) and structured transaction (Conduit and other Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities) investors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions f or this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage commercial real estate loan closings (both Life Company & Conduit) interacting with lenders, borrowers, attorneys for both parties, and producers.
2. Analyze lender's commitment to ensure satisfaction of commitment provisions and issue closing checklist with exhibits.
3. Coordinate ordering all required third party reports with the production officer.
4. Determine lender hazard insurance requirement. Review coverages submitted by the borrower's insurance agent to ensure they are in compliance with lender guidelines, appraisal, leases, and certified rent roll.
5. Analyze terms and provisions of estoppels and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements (SNDA'S) in comparison with the lease agreements and certified rent roll. Determine the acceptability of any forms not on standard lend er forms.
6. Oversee the execution of the SNDA's and determine leases of record. Send fully executed SNDA's to title company for recording.
7. Review proposed drafts of special escrow agreements (i.e. tenant up fit and leasing commissions, rental achievement) paying particular attention to indemnification language and fees to the escrow agent.
8. Calculate interim interest, tax and hazard insurance escrow deposits to be collected at closing.
9. Ensure collection of origination fee at closing and, if required, prepare closing settlement statement.
10. Review any settlement statement(s) prepared by the title company or borrower's attorney prior to closing.
11. Prepare sources and uses statement for conduit transactions.
12. Verify loan documentation for compliance with state statutes and commitment. Prepare loan set-up form.
13. Provide periodic updates regarding the status of loan closings.
14. Serve as resource to Loan Closing Ana lyst I.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent education and related training and/or experience
2. Four (4) years paralegal/real estate lending experience
3. Demonstrated excellent communication skills
4. Demonstrated excellent problem solving and decision making skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office products
6. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Desired Skills:
1. Some mortgage banking or commercial real estate underwriting experience desirable
