Requirements:We are looking for someone to join our growing team that is current and skilled on all facets of technical support and IT Operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Microsoft Office administration and support, should possess an AWS certification with proficiency in Amazon Connect and must be a self-starter.
- O365 certified preferred by not required – Emphasis on Microsoft Office administration
- AWS certified preferred by not required – Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect or a professional certification.
- Must be proficient in Amazon Connect and in Amazon AWS (Moves, adds, changes, client support)
- VPN / Network Connectivity Support
- Must be a self-starter
- Must demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding service
- Must maintain composure across a variety of customer and peer interactions
- Experience working in a team environment (IE cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving etc.)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask while navigating through multiple programs and information
- Ability to use a computer quickly and accurately
- Must possess the ability to remain poised in high stress situations
- Ability to be flexible and handle changes efficiently
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook Office products
Additional Requirements

Job Details (what you will be doing)
- Bulk add / remove agents as needed
- Assist employees with various connectivity issues in Outlook / Exchange, Teams and SharePoint, mail merge, power automate and PowerShell
- Work with new and current agents to analyze, troubleshoot and evaluate technology issues
- Attend new agent orientations
- Support internal clients and agents with technical issues

- Junior Help Desk Specialist must work the following set schedule weekly:
Monday 11pm to 7am EST
Tuesday 11pm to 7am EST
Wednesday OFF

Saturday 8am to 5pm EST

Pay Rate
- $16.00 per hour
- This is a W2 (employee) position
- We are paid biweekly via direct deposit

- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm headsets are NOT approved and will not work with our software
- A second monitor is not required, but strongly recommended
