Job Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of Call Center Exp
· Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
· Must be willing to work immediately
· Amenable to do review/work on a remote setup (WFH) and willing to work at Batangas City site in casework on-site resumes.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
· Assisting customers by responding to their questions
· Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
· Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
· Providing excellent customer service 24/7
