On Belay Health Solutions is a Massachusetts-based physician-led managed services organization (MSO) devoted to supporting independent primary care physicians. On Belay provides enhanced commercial and Medicare value-based contracts along with the services, technologies, and capital necessary to help our physician partners succeed in value-based care delivery.

The Role

The Patient Experience Manager collaborates with our physician partners to optimize the patient experience within their practices. The position requires experience in working with medical groups (via surveys and other means) to assess patient experience and then implementing best practices to improve performance. This position requires excellent project management, interpersonal, presentation, organizational and analytics skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement company-wide surveys (via text, email or dynamic) to provide quantitative and qualitative data on the patient experience within our partner practices
  • Use internal, regional, state, and national benchmarks to compare and assess practice level as well as overall company performance
  • Implement best practices programs to optimize performance
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure success
  • Utilize project management tools to track and communicate status of projects
  • Organize and facilitate project teams, including clinical, technical, and operational members
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff and leaders to effectively implement patient experience improvement initiatives
  • Analyze, interpret, and share patient experience data to meet strategic improvement goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of patient experience program implementation and performance improvement
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience
  • Experience with survey implementation and analysis
  • Experience in managing and implementing change, preferably in a medical group setting
  • Ability to distill complex information into key takeaways and effectively present to physicians and company leadership
  • Ability to focus on multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary
  • Initiative and ability to be self-directed, while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximal efficiency and effectiveness

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Remote. May involve limited travel to practice locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
