Description: The Judge Group is at present recruited PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR right now, this career will be settled in Alabama. Detailed specification about this career opportunity please read the description below. A large food/beverage manufacturing company located in Alabama is currently looking for a Production Supervisor. Candidates must have 3+ years of supervisory experience within a food or beverage manufacturi! ng, preferably from a dairy or edible oil plant environment. A 4 year degree is preferred but we will consider a strong, stable work history in lieu of a degree. Lean manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience is a must.
The Production Supervisor will oversee various areas of plant production on the 3rd shift. Supervisors are responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing and delegating production needs. Supervisors will also train, coach, and motivate employees. Must be able to write SOPAaas
Position Requirements:
BachelorAaas degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge and experience with food processing and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proven leadership ability
Salary is up to 55K+ Bonus + relocation
