Process edits and generate billing for attorneys within the FirmAnswer inquiries on time and billing information as requested by attorneys, staff and clientsAssist with! account management issues as needed, for example re-printing invoices and generating reminder statementsGenerate reports under an established protocol and develop and maintain excel spreadsheetsSubmit e-billed invoices to numerous vendors and monitor invoices for status and paymentAssist Billing Director as requested including billing projects
Progressive billing experience in a law firm environment including working with electronic billing and insurance company specialized guidelinesBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate strongly preferredProficient in Excel and basic accounting principlesAdvanced communication skills Ability to work closely with attorneys, staff, and outside contacts
