A. EDUCATION
High school diploma and/or equivalent. Plus some college or technical training preferred.
B. EXPERIENCE
Prefer two years collection experience in an insurance company, hospital or physician's office. Ability to deal with patients and insurance companies on a daily basis.
C. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to patients, insurance companies or attorneys involved in patient accounts.
