Location: Robertsdale, Alabama

Description: Saving Grace Home for Women is presently looking of Program Director right now, this job will be placed in Alabama. The Program Director oversees and superviss Saving Grace Home for Women, a ten bed-adult women intensive residential treatment facility operating a Christian based recovery program for alcohol and sbs! tance abuse.
Responsibilities : Develop and design program format, content , and implementation. Create reports for tracking and review clients' behaviors and progress. Create directives and guidelines for the clients to establish facility rules and regulations. Supervise staff and volunteers who conduct group therapy, group education or spirituality group sessions for all clients. Recruit and supervise all volunters who condusct ay type of group education or spirituality group sessions for clients. Create and schedule monthly calendar activities for clients to facilitate achievement of recovery goals. Interface with Executvie Director and other department management to evaluate clients and gain consensus relative to program and effectiveness. Design and develop the alcohol and drug recovery program provided by Saving Grace Home for Women and directs the implementation process. Perform any duties in the area of program development and facilitation, client managem! ent and administravtive management deemed necessary by the Boa! rd of Directors. Delegate work schedules for staff members and volunteers. Coordinate activities and counseling which clients receive Aftercare Program. Develop and implement group, individual, and family therapy programs for clients. Coordinate and interface with contract professionals for individual and group counseling. Create files for each client and maintain updated records for all pertinent data for recvoery. Manage the intake and exit procedures for each client, which includes, but are not limited to the following: Direct and manage all admission procedures.
Make appointments to screen tenative clients. Determine the apporpriateness of clients to stay at Saving Grace in concert with appropriate prefessionals. Visit Mobile Metro and Baldwin County jails for assessment screenings as needed. Maintain appropriate correspondence to CROs, Pos, Attorneys, and /or judges regardign clients. Update the waiting list and call in sheet as needed. Oversee the intake process f! or all clients admitted (complete consent forms, financial agreements, visitor list, expectations, rules, and any other required information with client). Verify transportation arrangements are in place prior to admission for clients coming directly from jail. Achieve and maintain state certification. Coordinate with other staff to raise funds through grant writing and fund raising. Attend all meetings of the BOD unless otherwise directed. Provide email reports as needed to the BOD. Provide written status reports to the BOD at regular meetings. Serve as liason between staff and BOD. Advise the BOD and carry out tasks assigned by the BOD.

Job Requirements

This position requires proficiency in the following: screening, intake, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, client education, referral, report and record keeping, management of others, and consultation with other professionals in regard to client treatme! nt services. Position additionally requires excellent verbal and writte! n communication skills, as well as a minimum of a Master's Degree in clinical mental health and at least two years post-Master's relevant clinical experience. Degreee must meet requirements for AL state certification.
