Assess loan review results to determine the scope of the loan errorValidate loan error and communicate incorrect findingsIdentify and execute the best co! urse of action to resolve errors in order for the loan to be booked, sold or to prevent repurchaseUtilize the LOS and imaging system to track, document and close exceptionsMake direct contact with closing agent/attorney, borrower(s), title insurer or branch when requiredPerform at a level that meets or exceeds production requirementsAdhere to professional and ethical standardsOther duties as assigned
Knowledge of conventional, government and non-conforming loan productsFamiliarity with closing documents such as the: Note, Mortgage, Truth-In-Lending, Title, HUD-1, Right to Cancel, Hazard and Flood Insurance documentation and Flood DeterminationAbility to distinguish between regulatory, company, investor and collateral requirementsAbility to analyze large amounts of informationAbility to resolve complex issuesProblem Solver with the ability to identify alternative solutionsMust be self-motivated with minimum supervisionMust be able to work in a fast- paced high volume wor! k environmentMust be flexible and able to change focus on a mo! ment's noticeMust have a sense of urgency Must be focused on quality with an attention to detailGrade 143-4 years of experience working in a Consumer, Mortgage, Real Estate, Insurance Agency or other Banking related field.Grade 165+ years of experience working in a Consumer, Mortgage, Real Estate, Insurance Agency or other Banking related field.
