Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 per annum + commission OTE 30-40K
Role:
Junior/Trainee Carbon Brokers needed to join an estab! lished investment company focused on eco and emerging market investments. The Role will be working in close liaison with senior broker's and business representatives in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
The role will include calling and pitching to prospective clients, opening new accounts and managing existing relationships with long-standing clients providing pertinent information regarding market trends and/or movements.
Earnings are Dependent upon performance on a judge by result ethos, but as an indication the first year remuneration package for a junior broker is circ £40k OTE pa. Applicants will enter at trainee level with the opportunity for career progression from trainee to Partner status within the firm. The expectation is that all trainees will progress through to management level where they will benefit from a bonus and equity share scheme.
Personality:
The successful candidate need not have any experience but will ideally be a grad! uate, have excellent client servicing skills and will have a d! etermination to go that extra mile. Most importantly, they will be self- driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and creative intelligence. My client is looking for individuals with exceptional levels of energy, drive, persistence and personality with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team. You will be expected to be excellently presented and possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish long term client relationships.
