The Credit Service Advisor II (CSA II) is responsible for performing pre-closing due diligence activities and utilizing the LaserPro documentation application to produce accurate loan documents for moderately complex commercial loan products. CSA II will ensure compliance with all credit approval documents, internal credit and policy standards, regulatory guidelines and Loan Operations standards and procedures. This position will frequently trouble-shoot moderate to complex issues, requiring analytical and critical thinking skills. T! his position will be required to perform necessary job duties ! in a manner that reflects and supports best-in-class service. The importance of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail is vital to the successful and accurate processing of loan requests. Candidates must be able to set priorities and organize requests received throughout the workday. Responsible for the collection, review and validation of regulatory and policy required documentation such as, but not limited to, OFAC, flood, entity and lien search data. From time to time this position will review attorney prepared documentation ensuring compliance with all bank approvals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities and Duties
1. Analyze moderately complex commercial loan requests to validate appropriate len! ding authorities, covenants, terms and conditions are in accordance with credit policy guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements. Ensure existing critical exceptions are addressed prior to or at loan closing and any waivers or deviations from policy are adequately documented.
2. Perform entity certification, flood determination, property tax search, title policy, appraisal, UCCâs, etc. and communicate deviations from credit authorization and internal credit policy as applicable. Analyze and validate search data to ensure accurate, reasonable results and communicate issues and solutions to the relationship manager when applicable.
3. Develop and maintain a strong, interactive and effective partnership with Relationship Managers and associates. Interact with attorneys, underwriters, title companies and clients when appropriate.
4. Create and deliver accurate loan documentation using the bankâs internal documentation software ensuring results are consi! stent with the credit approval document, internal credit and policy sta! ndards, regulatory guidelines and Loan Operations standards and procedures.
5. Assign appropriate loan portfolio codes applicable to customer, loan type, purpose, collateral, etc.
6. May be called upon to service participations and syndications as agent or member bank
7. Provide daily production reports to management on completed, pending/outstanding, and new requests processed.
8. Identify and communicate process/procedure improvement opportunities to management.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience with supporting moderately complex commercial loan products.
- Experience with inquiry of loan accounting core and exception systems.
- Experience with creating loan documents â" working knowledge with LaserPro is a plus.
