Apply now to be considered for document review projects in Birmingham, AL. This position is not remote; all candidates must be a ble to work on-site for a full 8 hours per day throughout the duration of each review.
The next project is slated to begin in March.
Depending on each project, you may be required to:
- Conduct a first or second level review of documents using document review software.
- Review documents (such as emails, handbooks, manuals, etc) for relevance and/or responsiveness, and code accordingly.
- Create a privilege log of all documents labeled privileged information (which can include trade secrets, information covered by attorney-client privilege, etc).
- Conduct a quality control check of the documents reviewed to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experience with document review projects as it relates to eDiscovery.
- Experience reviewing with Relativity is required.
- Must have familiarity with legal research software, combined with strong reading comprehension and analytic abilities to decipher and code information.
- Excellent attention to detail and are persistent and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Exemplary ability in analyzing information and using logic to assess relevancy and risk based on a number of variable factors.
- Outstanding dependability, cooperation, sense of integrity, and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
- Able to work independently but also within a team.
