Job Description
- Ensure customer pleasant experience.
- Set & maintain standards according to company requirements for all product preparations.
- Train & lead team to communicate product uniqueness to customers.
- Maintain outlet cash handling procedures.
- Set & maintain standards practice for relevant health & safety standards; equipment usage & maintenance.
- Maintain standards for outlet cleanliness.
- Maintaining outlet inventory & stock.
- Ensure smooth operation of outlet.
- Conduct training & guidance for subordinates.
- Conduct consumer classes occasionally.
- Seasonal beverage creation.
- In charge of outlet performance.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.
- 6 working days per week (shift rotation).
- OT & Shift required.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Great communication skills.
- Contains Alcohol.
- Malaysian only.
Training and Statutory will be provided.

- 8.00 am to 5.00pm
- 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
