Customer Service Advocate (100% Remote)

We are committed to building our social media accounts and influencer program into our marketing strategy to introduce new consumers to our brand and product in a relatable and friendly way.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced customer service advocate who can positively and proactively find solutions for our customers via email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers through our primary customer service email as well as other online platform messaging inboxes. This is a fully remote, part-time position, open to anyone physically located in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Check our customer service emails and messages sent to our direct email
  • Check our walmart and amazon platform daily for customer questions/messages
  • Thread and organize emails into proper subfolders
  • Checking for notifications and problems on Walmart and Amazon and relaying them to our team at HQ
  • Correspond with our wholesale accounts with order processing. Note, final shipment of orders will be at our fulfillment partner, you would only handle the communication part.
  • Up to 15% of your time per week can be spent on related marketing activities such as helping with reviewing giveaway submissions, editing and presenting information gathered from surveys and collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of front line customer service experience, either in person or through a call center.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm (tested during interview)
  • A very positive mindset and ability to elicit a positive response from customer and addressing their needs
  • Proactively be able to find answers and solutions that may not be readily available in the handbook or customer service FAQ manual.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Preferred; prior experience in health and wellness industry or personal usage of health supplements and/or natural foods & remedies.

What we offer:

  • Flexible, part-time schedule, 16-18 hours per week. Since this is customer service, we do need you to log-in daily for at least 1 hour, Monday-Friday but time allocation between those days will be up to you.
  • $20 per hour
  • Health insurance premium reimbursement up to $200 per month
  • $500 bonus for every 6 months of employment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
