Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensures all open staff roles are posted internally and externally
• Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews for open Global Services roles
• Completes reference checks and administers pre-employment testing through the Firm’s testing platform
• Provides backup support to Staff Recruiting Manager and HR Coordinator as needed
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources, Business or a closely related field required.
- One to two years’ experience in the Human Resources department of a law firm or other professional services organization strongly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms strongly desired.
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly compensation range for this position is $25-27/hour. Benefits offered for this position include health care and paid sick time.
