Financial services company, located in center city Philadelphia, seeks a lawyer with 5+ years and ’34 Act experience. Ideally, but not required, is ’40 Act and insurance law experience. This lawyer’s responsibilities will be primarily compliance matters in connection with existing registered and unregistered variable insurance and annuity products, and also will include general contract law matters. The lawyer will report to the General Counsel, who is a terrific mentor, but the candidate must be able to work independently.
Hours are reasonable. No relocation.
