General Summary:
The Support Coord./Specialist is responsible for performing one or more functions, as needed by volume and management. The key support a! reas include: Loans Set-Up, Lock Desk, Disclosure, Re-Disclosure, Title, Homeowners/Flood Insurance, Third-party Ordering & Relations, Pay-off Processing, Loan Disposition, 4506T ordering and review, VOE/VOD/VOR/VVOE, Income Verification, Condo Approval, Exception Clearing and Resolution, and Escrow Monitoring.

The Support Coord./Specialist may be moved through various functions to develop a complete understanding of the mortgage process and is the foundational experience to moving to one or more consumer/mortgage functions.

Prepare and set up appraisal files for processing received from MBO/MBot channels
Extensive data entry within LOS and external sites
Daily tracking of appraisal files, third party vendor related issue and escalations.
Analyzing and assisting with report creation
Communication with third party vendors, Originators and Processors
Monitor AppraisalReqBham mailbox
Appraisal and third party vendor environment
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
! 1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Consumer, mortgage, real estate, title company or real estate attorneys’ office.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Work under pressure, prioritize and establish effective teamwork.
5. 1-5 years consumer or mortgage specific product knowledge of a large bank lending guidelines and experience with mortgage closings in a fast paced environment.
