Our client seeks a professional and competent paralegal to engage the legal services, government contract compliance and litigation department for the office of General Counsel. The confident competent ca! ndidate shall support the Managing Attorneys, department Attorneys and Associate General Counsel in various contractual and related legal matters including but not limited to regotiating business transactions, drafting of contract provisions; performing legal research, dBase and file organization, coordinating with outside lawyres, tracking outside legal invoices, meeting with internal business unit associates and various activities as necessary to assist in providing in-house legal services to internals.
Assist attorneys with contract provisions
Perform research, organize data/files
OCR screening with foreign nationals
PowerPoint presentations
Perform routine administrative duties
Minimum Paralegal Certification from ABA accredited program
Minimum 5 years professional experience in private/corporate practice
Strong computer savvy/experience in Enterprise Solutions
Highest ethical standards, professionalism, courtesy
Ability! to work independently and meet urgent deadlines
