Supports Army systems from requirements analysis and specification development through the development, integration, test, and fielding process. Develops! and manages a system engineering process, transforming operational requirements into specifications, architectures, and configuration baselines.
Recognizes top-level system functionality through system descriptions and specifications. Establishes technical criteria to judge development efforts against requirements. Utilizes strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail. Initiates, works, and coordinates multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Required
BS degree in computer science, physics, or mathematics; or ABET accredited BS in Engineering
Minimum 3 years related experience
Knowledge of the complete System Engineering Lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Some travel
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Desired
MS degree in technical or scientific field
Background in Army Syste! ms
Experience in Army Test and Evaluation
Ex! perience with IBM DOORS Requirements tool and/or Vitech's CORE tool
