Established legal firm needs a paralegal with solid experience assisting lawyers in all stages of corporate transactions! , as well as preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations.
Duties include:
Will be working with attorneys to prepare all documents required to form corporations (both business and not-for-profit corporations), partnerships and limited liability companies.
Will assist in preparing documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships and /or limited liability companies
Assist with completion/issuing of stock certificate and franchise tax forms
Create and maintain Corporate Minute books
Ordering Good Standing Certificates
Requirements include:
Paralegal degree/certification
A minimum of 2-5 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal, including the experience listed above
Very solid, proven organizational and research skills
Solid computer and typing skills
Ability to pass background! check
