Subpoena Processing Specialist
Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Analyze and interpret requests to identify and produce responsive documents.
Apply! established practices and policies throughout the course of processing.
Escalate non-routine matters and comply with established BSA/AML standards.
Work closely with internal personnel to locate responsive documents.
Work closely with outside entities, i.e., law enforcement, attorneys, etc., to compile response.
Maintain and updates case management database and files.
Prepare appropriate responsive correspondence and business record affidavits.
Invoice for costs associated with production where appropriate.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED and three years experience in legal or related field. Some college is preferred. The following skill set is desired: ability to negotiate and influence others; ability to analyze and evaluate facts; strong computer/typing skills; knowledge of banking systems, i.e., Mainframe, NetQuery, Webview, etc. preferred.
