We are currently looking for an experienced leader to direct our established team of collections professionals. The successful candidate will be well versed in all phases of collections, including but not limited to; minor delinquencies, bankruptcy, foreclosure process and litigation, and will be able to perform an assessment of delinquent accounts to determine collectability. As the liaison between courts, attorneys and third party vendors, this candidate must professionally represent the Credit Union in legal actions regarding collections, foreclosures and auctions. This person will take an innovative approach to loss mitigation and to developing methods of ensuring a decrease in delinquency and a minimization of financial loss.

Collections Manager Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of Collections! experience
2+ years in Supervisory / Management role
Solid comprehension of all regulatory issues surrounding the collections industry.
