Essential Functions Statement(s)

Prepare correspondence and other communications utilizing Microsoft Suite of Products including, but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, etc.
â¢
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for employees, company and affiliated entities electro! nically and/or hard copies
â¢
Develop, organize, and ! maintain electronic files on SharePoint to be used among various divisions of the company and among departments
â¢
Develop and maintain business reviews/reports that include spreadsheets, charts, etc. using Excel, Access, etc.
â¢
Proofread documents, e-mails and correspondence
â¢
Track/Finalize department metrics
â¢
Submit supply orders as needed
â¢
Coordinate meetings (onsite and offsite) and travel arrangements
â¢
Maintain organization of workload
â¢
Assist departments in executing daily job activities to reach short and long term goals
â¢
Responsible for continuous self-improvement, taking initiative, and exhibiting a willingness to learn through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method.

Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online assigned, and/or facilitated train! ing.

Coordinate, communicate, and support other company departments as needed

Carry out any and all administrative duties as needed

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study: Paralegal/Paralegal Certificate
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred
Experience:
Human Resources and/or legal experience is required
Computer Skills:
Computer, printer, scanner, fax machine, copier, calculator/adding machine, labeler
Knowledge of a wide range of computer software programs with a broad ability and willingness to acquire new skills
Advanced experience in/ application of Microsoft Office products is required (intermediate is preferred) including, but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, etc.
