T he Partners Group is currently staffing a contract or temporary position for a mid-sized Birmingham law firm client. The ideal candidate for this position will have 4 plus years of law firm or in-house ERISA transactional experience. Experience reviewing and drafting qualified and non-qualified retirement plans such as 401(k), ESOP, defined benefit, and 403(b) plans and health and welfare benefit plans is required.
This is an excellent oppo! rtunities for a long term contract position with a great mid-s! ize law firm. The need is immediate and the position is expected to last several months and could even turn into a perm position for the right candidate. The hourly rate is competitive and the firm atmosphere is congenial.
