We have a fantastic new opportunity for experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Assistants to join our dedicated F&B team in the beautiful Salthill Hotel.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager & relevant Supervisor, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to guests while highlighting the menu and upselling where appropriate. The successful candidate will be passionate about F&B and love working in a fun and fast paced environment.
This role will involve mid week shifts therefore full flexibility will be required.
A competitive salary will be offered in accordance with your experience along with flexible hours.
Your Responsibilities
· Greeting all guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
· Providing general assistance, directions and information regarding the hotel’s services.
· Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine.
· Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
· Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
· Must be able to work a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner
Experience and skills
· Existing experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ideally at a 4 star level
· Good presentation and attention to detail
· Organised and able to manage busy service periods
· Excellent customer service
· Fluent in English
