Summary: Prepares loan documentation for any complex consumer or commercial purpose loan, in a multi-state environment by performing the following duties
Essential Duties and Responsib! ilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes requests for loans of various complexity and prepares documentation in compliance with bank policy, federal and state regulations
Reviews application/LOM for completeness, accuracy and proper approval
Produces documentation for all types of loans, ranging from simple consumer, to real estate secured, to highly complex commercial loans.
Ensures all required documentation is prepared/obtained to properly perfect the bankâs lien
Coordinates with outside vendors, attorney, etc. as necessary to obtain documentation
Communicates to lender any issues affecting loan closing; identifies any legal, documentation or policy deficiencies and assists in correction of issues impacting closing
Monitors own work to ensure quality
Mentors and provides training assistance to Documentation Analysts
Secondary Duties
Initiates imaging p! rocess by setting requirements for loans in Info-Access
Utilizes intranet-based DAC Tracking tool to track productivity and workflow; reviews daily reports to self-manage work in progress
May fill in for Team Lead or Supervisor in distribution of work
HDAC Unit - responsible for highest dollar loans
HDAC Unit â" responsible for booking own loans to ALS System
HDAC Unit â" responsible for completing lien perfection process on own loans

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
