Description: BBVA Compass is in need of Consumer Loan Post Closing Coord III right now, this job will be presented in Alabama. Detailed specification about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. ResponsibilitiesDUTIES1. Prepare loan files for delivery to Investors.2. Input information into Mortgageware and E3 systems. 3. Follow-up with customers, attorney, title company, proc! essor, underwriter and/or closer to clear incorrect or incomplete documentation. 4. Monitor Investors reports for outstanding exceptions and clear for funding.
QUALIFICATIONS1. High school diploma or GED.2. Must be familiar with real estate documents.3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.4. Must be detailed oriented.5. Excellent customer service and phone skills.6. Alpha/numeric data entry skills.7. Previous real estate loan audit and/or delivery experience is preferred.
